Why do we think, feel, and behave the way that we do? The Road To Me offers an easily understandable explanation for our behaviors and discusses the specific ways our learned personalities affect our lives and our relationships. It teaches us tangible skills for overcoming the learned self in order to embrace our true essence within.

To be human is to need to grow. To embrace this we must invest in a process that will help us to get out of our own way. The Road To Me offers this needed map and the way to recognize unconscious obstacles along the way. As we diminish our inner shadow, we are rewarded with a renewed self-fulfillment and empowerment thus allowing us to reclaiming our selves and our lives.

The Road to Me II Invites the reader to understand and let go of the learned mis-beliefs implanted from childhood that sabotage "the more" you have always wanted to be (and thought you couldn't). These misbeliefs are more self-fulfilling prophecies handcuffing your attempts and endeavors to promote, expand, or succeed in life. They are the defenses enlisted to attend and safe guard

Living the Abundant Life is a compilation of intentions and a philosophy of life that I find resonates with how to walk this path called life. A day to day reminder of living that embraces mindfulness, serenity, joy, compassion, and being more orientated toward the present. My book invites us to stay of the script and drama of life that can all too often take over our reality. This allows us to sit in the audience of our own theater, watching/witnessing the play rather then getting caught up in it.

All to often we follow the modeling of Western society that is constantly inviting and reinforcing that the play is all there is, leaving us to be the best actor we can. This perspective becomes our reality in which we believe and behave as if this is all we can be or do! It is note! However, when it is the only reality we know it is the default we cling to. The ongoing reminders in reminders in my book invites us to remain mindful that there is another choice to be made. These choices facilitate inner focus and centering allowing us to go deeper in ourselves than the usual script promotes. It shifts our sense of self inward to a deeper place of “more.” One way to define this “more” is a higher self that steps back from the daily chaos and observes. From these observations we gain insight and wisdom without giving into craziness of life.
